About Dr. D'S

Doctor D, a.k.a Dexter Kennedy was born April 6, 1958 at Ft. Benning, Georgia the son of a soldier. Later joined the U.S. Army at the age of 19 as an infantryman. Not satisfied with the amount of money he could make after his 4-year enlistment as an infantryman, he became a certified paramedic by attending City Colleges of Chicago certificate program in emergency medical sciences in 1981. By 1984 he was bodybuilding and pre-paring training programs for a small military community in Rotterdam Netherlands. Dr. D accepted a warrant officer appointment May of 1988 and served in Desert Storm Sept 5, 1990 – May 31st. In 1992, Dr. D became responsible for the commands (US Army) overweight program while stationed at Ft. Gordon Georgia in which he worked and prepared training programs. By the end of his 1st rating period, he was so successful with the program there was no longer anyone on the program.
Dr. D retired from the US Army in March 1994. In 1997, Dr. D read the Book Eating Right for your Blood Type, a New York’s Best Seller. The read was timely because Dr. D’s older brother died at 47 of a massive heart attack. Kennedy men had been plagued with short lives since the death of his grandfather who had died of a massive heart attack at the age of 41.
After the death of his older brother, Dr. D began to research and learn more natural ways of healing, nutrition and health through food and herbs. Dr. D believes in the research and study done by Dr. Stanley Burroughs, Dr. Peter D’Adamo, Dr. Sebi, Dr. Gundry and Nurse Barbara O’Neill and through his study has devised his own system of health and nutrition and exercise. He calls his system the Blood 120. Life is sustained through the blood and any disease that breaks down the body must and will do it through the blood. We need to learn how to oxygenate and cleanse our blood for longevity. He makes is knowledge and system available through this website. We welcome you to the Blood 120. Thank you for this opportunity.

Sincerely,

Dr. D
