Week01

Orientation

Attendance Requirements: No more that 3 absences allowed.

Provide list of medications and health matter (HBP, cholesterol, etc.)

Set expectations.

Determine blood types

Select an accountability partner of the same blood type (according to the Blood Type Book). Be honest with yourself and others! When discussing related activities with accountability partners, refrain from telling them, or us, what you think that they or we want to hear.

History of Blood types.

Take weight, height, body fat measurements.

Assessment from pH strips.

Take 'before picture and video recording of each participants.

Homework: Record all food intake during the week.

Look up foods.

SHare recipes.

Underline 'avoids' on the kist.

Week 02

 

 

 

20 toxic ingrdients to memorize (should have received books) 

Break group down by blood type, hand out books, and review.

Introduction to green smoothie.

Discuss highly beneficial foods that = medicines

Discuss foods to avoid that = poisons

Neutral foods

Define and layout food

consumption by type and devise eating plan

Begin exercises.

Week 03

 

 

 

Recheck measurements (bi-weekly)

Review food lists and highlight beneficial foods.

Highly beneficials = medicines 

Learn to read food labels.

Develop 'Action' plan for food

Intake all food: grren, yellow and red are included.

Health/ Weight introduce metabolic rate calculator.

Meals for health fair (with access to kitchen): Identify individuals responsible for preparing menu for health dish to bring during week 4.

Week 04

 

 

 

 

No exercise today

30/30/40 (i.e. 30 gr.fat; 30 gr. Protein; 40 gr. Crabs.)

Food Health Fair. (Each group will have responsibility to provide a healthy meal per the 30/30/40 guidelines in the blood type book.)

Each person to bring in a healthy dish for everyone to sample.

NLWM to launch recipe book: Identify recipers to be included in book (Example; 3-3-3-1 salad (3 vegies, 3 fruits, 3 seasonings, 1 oil).

Video testimonial feedback.

Week 05

 

 

 

 

Recheck measurements

Group discussion: Be prepared to discuss how participating in this program has/is impacting you, challenges, inspirations, etc.

Each participants to consume a minimum of 3 meals per day.

Timing of meals - (Annotate times per day each meal (plus healthy snacks) were eaten.

Understand water intake requirements.

Understand protein requirements and how they're being met.

Record good fats that are being consumed daily.

Good fat requirements per day.
